Michael meets with Dave at the Galileo Observatory. While they are talking Michael admits to Dave that he did rob the
Ferdinand Kerimov, an informant and suspected terrorist, has been declared dead by the IAA. The FIB, however, believe that he is still alive and being debriefed somewhere. Dave wants Michael to go to the morgue and confirm whether Kerimov is really dead. The IAA morgue is however secure and so Michael will have to sneak in. Dave says that Michael should have no trouble playing dead before he knocks him out with a Nightstick. As Michael loses consciousness Dave tells him to call him when he wakes up.
Search the morgue for the body
Following the cutscene, Michael will find himself inside a morgue, in a body bag, being inspected by coroners. Listen to their discussion and when prompted, press the appropriate button to wake up.
Use stealth mode to incapacitate the guard in front of you and grab his gun, then search the morgue for the body and verify Dave's suspicion that Kerimov isn't dead.
Escape from the building
After verifying Dave's suspicions, work your way out of the building. Follow the corridor and clear out any enemies as you go.
With the first floor cleared out, take the stairs up to the second floor. On the second floor, cross to the other side of the corridor, take down the enemies and use the stairwell to go up to the top floor. Quickly take cover and clear the area of any enemies, and work your way to the green blip on your map, near the middle of the room, to recover your weapons.
Tip! Use the cover system to hide behind walls and objects and make your way out of the building
Tip! Use Michael's Special ability to slow down time as needed to take out the bad guys.
Tip! Pick up the dropped weapons of downed enemies you work your way through the building.
Go to the oil derricks
With the wanted level lost, Michael will call Franklin.
Meet him at the oil derricks, marked on your map, to trigger the final cutscene, in which Michael tells Franklin he needs to flee Los Santos as the FIB will soon be putting his life in danger. Franklin, however, says that Michael helped him, therefore, he will help Michael. Michael thanks him before Franklin leaves. Mission complete.
