Rockstar Games typically releases 3 or 4 promotional trailers prior to each game launch as part of their marketing campaign. Grand Theft Auto V received 8 separate trailers before its first release on September 17th 2013. To date, we have had a total of 17 "officially" promoted videos, which includes both trailers and gameplay featurettes for the different platforms available.
Grand Theft Auto V PC- Rockstar Editor Feature
Rockstar Games introduced the all-new video editing feature available to the PC version only on Monday 13th April 2015, a day before release. The Rockstar Editor allows you to record gameplay, stage scenes and then upload to share.
GTA Online PC - Heists TV Spot
This special Online Heists video was revealed on Friday 3rd April 2015. It was shot entirely on PC and was used as a TV advertisement to showcase online features of the upcoming PC release.
Grand Theft Auto V PC - 60FPS Official Trailer
Rockstar Games unveiled stunning upgraded visuals of Los Santos and Blaine County in this official PC launch trailer that was posted on Thursday 2nd April 2015. Running at 60 frames per second, it showed what was to be expected of the newest version of the game.
GTA Online - Heists Trailer
In the words of Lester "I know you've been complaining, but you weren't ready." - Rockstar Games finally fully revealed the online heists for the first time in this one minute introduction trailer posted on Tuesday 16th December 2014. The action packed video showcased some of the different heists and was accompanied by media previews to promote the upcoming DLC.

The official launch trailer of next-generation consoles was unveiled on Monday 10th November 2014. Posted a week before release, it was used as a TV advertisement to promote the updated version of the game and offered details of the pre-order incentive.

Grand Theft Auto V - First Person Experience Feature
Exclusive promotional media previews came on Tuesday 4th November 2014 and with them a very special gameplay video on the all-new first person mode, a first for the GTA series. Previously only achieved through modding, the first person mode promised to be a gamechanging experience for GTA fans and this official gameplay video revealed some of the basic mechanices of the game such as shooting and driving.

Another new trailer was released on Friday 12th September 2014 at 2PM EST to accompany the reveal of the official release dates for Playstation 4 and Xbox One (18th November 2014) and PC (27th January 2015, but later delayed).
Grand Theft Auto V - Next-Generation Announcement Trailer
Rockstar Games officially announced that GTA V (and GTA Online) would be coming to next-generation platforms Playstation 4 and Xbox One, as well as PC, via a 1 minute 18 second trailer on Monday 9th June 2014 at 11PM EST. The video had initially debuted at Sony's E3 Conference and was later revealed on the Newswire.

Rockstar has released a 4 minute and 51 second gameplay video that shows off GTA V's score, the brand new game HUD, how the mechanics of the protagonist trio work, how to tackle heists and how they go about their daily lives and plenty more. The three trailers were released on 30th April, 2013 at 11AMEST. The three-minute-and-fifty-three second footage was revealed and it gave an in-depth look into all of the three main characters in GTA V.

The second trailer was revealed on November 14, 2012 at 11:00 am EDT. The one-minute-and-fifty-second footage revealed more areas and showed more footage of the characters, especially the three main playable characters: Michael, Trevor and Franklin.

Grand Theft Auto V - Debut Trailer
The debut trailer was revealed on Wednesday 2nd November 2011 at 12noon EST. The one-and-a-half-minute long footage served as an introduction to the game's setting (present day Los Santos) and hinted at some of the major themes in the story. The song featured in the trailer is the 1968 track Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake by the British band Small Faces.
