In Grand Theft Auto Online, players can purchase 3 different properties of varying type and size. Properties come in 2 forms: a standalone garage and a garage paired with an apartment. Garages provide the ability for GTA Online players to store their own personal and customized vehicles, keeping them safe from the battlefield of Free Mode. Apartments, depending on size and type, offer many different activities to take part in such as watching TV, spectating other players in your GTAO session on the TV, taking a psychedelic hit of the bong, and even inviting a stripper over to party with your friends, if you are so inclined! High End apartments, which also come paired with a 10 car garage, can be used to set up heists.
Properties in GTA Online come with 3 different garage sizes, and 4 different apartment interior styles, depending on what size of property you purchase. You can find descriptions, pictures, and much more information on every single property below.
High End Apartments
High End apartments come in 2 styles, the older version that has been in GTA Online since launch, and a newer, more home-ish feeling apartment that is available 5 select buildings. Both interiors are quite large, feature many small things to interact with, as well as a Heist planning room needed to plan a heist and assemble a crew. Please note that all interiors of the same type are exactly the same, and the only way that each High End interior differs is with it's view of Los Santos from the apartment's windows.
Medium End Apartments
Medium End Apartments, just like the garages, are quite clean, featuring various movie posters covering the walls, a nice flat screen TV, and a somewhat larger living space than the Low End apartments.
Low End Apartments
Low End apartments are, as you might expect, low end, with ripped carpets, cheap TVs, and a hazy smoke that fills the living room.
Low End garages, which can store up to 2 vehicles and 1 bicycle, have a rather dusty workshop vibe. Medium End garages can store up to 6 vehicles and 2 bicycles, and are quite clean, with a small counter workstation in the corner, shiny floors, and various other clutter to give it a rather mid-grade feel. High End garages, which are the largest that can be purchased, are able to store up to 10 vehicles and 3 bicycles. High End garages are quite spacious and feature beautiful, shiny floors, and small counter/work area in the back right corner.
